Account Manager (Ingredients)
Salary: Up to £45k + Bonus (OTE £55k) & Benefits
Location: Cambridgeshire/ Hybrid working (2 days a week in office)
We’re supporting a well-established organisation in the ingredients & nutritional sector who are now looking for a UK focussed Account Manager/Sales professional to join their growing team.
This role focuses on managing accounts, selling in product solutions & driving growth across their broad client base.
The Role:
- Overseeing & managing a portfolio of key clients – driving sales of ingredient, raw material & NPD solutions
- Organise regular calls, meetings & visits with clients
- Respond to enquiries, provide quotes & secure new business
- Support with NPD days, samples & packs
- Use market insights to identify trends & opportunities for growth
- Contribute to weekly sales meetings & strategic growth of your accounts
About You:
- Previous Account Management/Sales experience (ideally in nutrition, food, or ingredients)
- Confident negotiator with attention to detail
- Highly organised with strong planning ability
- Professional telephone manner & client-facing presence
