£75,000 - £85,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance

Fully remote | Occasional Travel & Office Meetings

We’re supporting a fast-growing manufacturer of pharmaceuticals in their search for an experienced Business Development Lead. This pioneering company has built a reputation for innovation, quality, & technical excellence.

You’ll be joining a successful & collaborative commercial team to help grow sales across UK, Europe & North America, manage existing accounts, & building strong project pipelines.

About the role:

  • Drive revenue growth with existing & new pharmaceutical clients - selling pharmaceuticals to a range of global suppliers
  • Build, manage & forecast a strong sales pipeline – mixture of outbound & inbound
  • Develop new opportunities across UK, Europe & North America
  • Liaise with planning, technical & product development teams
  • Represent the company at global exhibitions & client events

About you:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in pharmaceuticals (experience in selling excipients/API's or related pharma products) – with ability to drive new revenue streams
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Self-manage & work cross-functionally
