Business Development Manager – Pharmaceuticals

€65,000 - €75,000 + 25% Bonus + Car Allowance

 Fully remote (Based in Germany) | Occasional travel & office meetings

We’re supporting a fast-growing manufacturer of pharmaceuticals in their search for an experienced Business Development Manager. This pioneering company has built a reputation for innovation, quality, & technical excellence.

You’ll be joining a successful & collaborative commercial team to help grow sales across Europe as well as manage existing accounts & building strong client pipelines.

About The Role:

  • Drive revenue growth with existing & new pharmaceutical/healthcare clients - selling pharmaceuticals to a range of suppliers.
  • Build, manage & forecast a strong sales pipeline – mixture of outbound & inbound
  • Develop new opportunities across Europe & the rest of the world
  • Liaise with planning, technical & product development teams
  • Represent the company at global exhibitions & client events

About You:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in pharmaceuticals (experience in selling excipients/API's or related pharma products would be an advantage) – with ability to drive new revenue streams
  • Strong communication & project management skills
  • Self-manage & work cross-functionally
